I definitely wouldn't call mine a ""resolved"" case...they know how to work the system and get around the burea that's meant to protect us (citysearch won't let me name it) that's for sure. If I were still residing in Arizona, I would definitely take legal action on this matter. I chose not to, as the result would have ended in even more expense on my part, in addition to the $3500 they ripped me off for. I have had 2 more sets of hair extensions (obviously, by a different salon) since my terrible experience there and am happy to say that I love them, and have not had a problem since with customer service, or hair falling out in excess. Just the normal few strands per application. Buyer beware...
Pros: NOTHING!!!
Cons: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
