The driver arrived promtly on time and was very friendly. Unfortunately it was his first time driving the car so he did not know how the IPOD worked. \r
In future the company should go through all the details of the car with the driver before picking up the passengers. He drove very safely.\r

The air conditioning in the car did not work properly in the back of the car and the 10 kids were very very warm and there was nothing that could be done.\r

Kids had a blast, but for the one who paid the bill I was a little disappointed.\r
