I had a GREAT first experience with Dr. Rich. She was everything the glowing reviews say about her - compassionate, friendly, thorough, etc. Then the bill came. There was a charge that insurance didn't cover, which, at the time she did the procedure, Dr. Rich said ought to be covered. I phoned the billing person and explained the conversation Dr. Rich and I had about it.... she called me back about an hour later and said that Dr. Rich remembered our conversation, and she agreed to write off the charge entirely. Now THAT is amazing service.
