I WENT IN TO A WALMART ON HWY 124 IN CENTERVILLE ON 12/18/2009\r
I NEEDED TO RETUREN A PRODUCT THAT DID NOT FIT MY SON IT WAS AT 6:50AM. AS I WAS WALKING INTO THE STORE THIS LADY KEPT SHOUTING SR. SR. SR !!!! I TURNED AROUND AND SAID WHAT DO YOU WANT? SHE SAID YOU CAN'T BRING THAT HERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT OPEN.\r
WELL WHAT TIME DO THEY OPEN SHE SAID 7AM THATS FINE I'LL JUST WAIT 10MIN RIGHT HERE. SHE SAID NO SR. YOU CAN'T HAVE THE PRDUCT IN THE STORE. SO I WENT BACK OUT IN THE RAIN TO MY CAR AND WAITED CAME BACK INTO THE STORE AT 7AM WENT UP TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER AT 7:02 AM AND ASKED TO RETURN A PRODUCT. THEY SAID STEP BEHIND THE LINE AND WAIT A FEW MIN. I SAID WHY ? SHE SAID I HAVE NOT COUNTED CASH YET SO YOU NEED TO WAIT. SO WHY DON'T THEY HAVE LINES OPEN WHEN THEY SAY THEIR GOING TO HAVE THEM OPEN. AND WHY DID I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 7:30AM FOR HER TO COUNT HER CASH WHEN SHE WAS MENT TO BE OPEN AT 7AM WHY DID I HAVE TO GO OUT IN THE RAIN AND WAIT FOR 10MIN WHEN I HAD THE PRODUCT IN HAND WITH A RECEPIT. AND WHY WERE ALL THE WORKERS PISSED OF TO HAVE A JOB THEIR I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER WALMART AS LONG AS I LIVE. I CAN BUY THE SAME PRODUCTS AT OTHER SRORES FOR THE SAME PRICE. OR 5 TO 6 CENTS MORE IT IS BETTER FOR ME TO WALK OUT OF A STORE BEING HAPPY THEN TO FEEL LIKE I HATE THE PLACE WHERE I JUST SPENT MY MONEY.\r
