Leave enough time to find parking because the valet is always at capacity; this happened to me the first time I went, and the second...I had to park around the corner at Mozza Pizzeria on Highland. In this neighborhood where parking is nearly non-exisistent (very few meters and permit only parking), I pulled up to the valet, only to be told rudely, that the ""valet full. no more cars"". I have never, ever had any valet at any restaurant tell me this. I was so infuriated that I told the hostess to cancel my reservation. The manager at that point, went outside and told the valet to park my car. That was the first time. The 2nd time I parked at another restaurtant (I only stayed this time b/c I was part of a larger group who wanted to stay. And yes, they couldn't valet either). When I told the same manager this, he didn't do anything - he didn't comp my parking, offer me a drink on the house, nothing. All of that was made up by our fantastic waiter and the great food. The did take off a few drinks off of our bill but only after I told the waiter the fiasco earlier in the evening. The manager never once came to apologize. Although I do like this place, I will never go back.
