When we moved to the Carolinas we sold all of our furniture. About 6 months before our move I interviewed a number of furniture stores looking for someone to help me furnish a whole house. My greatest concern was finding someone who worked with the manufacturers I liked but most of all I was looking for a company with great customer service. I have worked with furniture stores before and had always been frustrated with the customer service. We have just completed furnishing my entire home. Richard had Sara work with me for the entire process. We poured over catalogs, put together lists and had numerous orders. My husband and I were amazed at the fantastic prices. My furniture started arriving when we closed on our house, just as we planned. As usual, there were a couple of blips but Carolina Rustica was right there taking care of everything. Everything was ordered and delivered beautifully. I cannot say enough about how wonderful EVERYONE at that store is. They respond to calls, and emails promptly. It might be to just say I am calling to check on this, but I always knew what was happening. If you are wanting to buy furniture, give Carolina Rustica a call and see what they can do for you. You will be well taken care of.
