Review content:
This company really has to stop out-sourcing their customer service. Having people from India answer questions can be very upsetting. Employees only repeat what is on the page in front of them, for that I could just read the page myself from the website. You never get a straight answer about your order or when it will be shipped. Get with it SNAPFISH. Customer Service is very important and without it you won't be around very long.
