I just purchased several high end appliances from Pacific Sales in Woodland Hills. The customer service representative I worked with - Jonny Starkey - provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was knowledgable about the products I was buying and was incredibly diligent. He managed to track down an item that was back ordered at Viking so my kitchen remodel would not be delayed. He gave me his cell phone and personal e-mail if I had any questions and he even responded to my request to move up my delivery date on a Monday night (Pacific Sales is closed on Monday!) from his personal e-mail account. I have purchased appliances before from other dealers, but now I am sold on Pacific Sales of Woodland Hills!
