We have used Wells Fargo for many years but my opinion of them has plummeted within the last month. We have never had late payments but we missed by two weeks (still paid within the one month grace period) and we STILL are receiving 1-2 calls PER DAY including Sundays. Because I am the co-borrower, they hang up on me when I try to ask a question or request a supervisor. My husband travels and is not home for days at a stretch. He actually was home one day last week and was explaining to the rep but she was so rude that he finally just gave up. I am just appalled at their tactics and am currently shopping around so that I can refinance with another lender. Very, very disappointing.
