I should have known when the office staff was unfriendly, not interested in my dogs, didn't ask me to fill out any paperwork about my dogs, wouldn't let me see the kennels or have a tour, never called me to ask about my dogs and any difficulties they were having and told me my dog was very aggressive on pickup that\r
this was not the place for me or my dogs. Does anyone here really know about dog behavior? If not, you should not be running a boarding facility. I will not go back.
Pros: dogs were in good spirits on pickup
