I have plenty to say when it comes to not so good things about the company. Mr.Ravinder Thota is a big fraud. Anything that is unlawful and unethical is being done here. Salary payments are never on time. They don?t take into account how many extra hours have you worked and never make the payments accordingly. JSMN owes me my money since long now and getting money from them is even worse than chasing the hen. No matter how many assertive and definite emails you send in or how many phone calls you make they give a damn to you. The staff is highly inadequate and incompetent. The worse is the VP himself. He is not a good professional but really a notorious politician. I am waiting for the right time and the right opportunity to leave this company for good, never to come back again. They have duped half a thousand people of H1 filings in 2009. BEWARE of them.
