This is a nice little park to live in, nice pool and clubhouse, convenient location.\r

But beware the management! They are not nice people. They demand residents do things that the park is responsible for, like pruning trees that have been there for 50 years! They are rude, unfriendly, abrupt, unhelpful, petty, and frankly, they lie. Don't trust them. And the owners couldn't care less. The homeowners group has let them know about these people, and they are still in charge. They can, and will, interfere with the sale of your property if they don't like you.
Pros: pool, clubhouse nice
Cons: nasty managers
