this place is the worst of the worst!! my wife and i sold our house and moved to georgetown so we could travel more and no have up keep.i could never get that property manger off her butt to do anything! it is always dirty outside between the trash and cigs on the ground! The only people who seem to get anything done is her friends. once a month you will see her get on her golf cart and hang nonpayment for rent. She should not be working with the public just plain trouble. i have now moved into a condo not owned by southwood! stay away from here and away from shouthwood if you are over 65! trouble costumer servce
