I went to get an oil change and left with a broken hood latch and brake sensor. My car didn't have any problems before I took it in... now it's going to cost me over $250 to fix it all. But, it's not their problem or fault they say.\r
\r
After changing the oil and replacing a headlight bulb, the guys had trouble closing the hood (I never had a problem before). They said they'd been trying to get it shut for about 15 minutes. They came to get me so I could take a look. They slammed it a couple of times in efforts to get the latch to catch and even sat on the hood a bit. After a minute, I noticed that there was a large cable preventing the hood from closing They said there was no way that could have interfered. Really?! Even after slamming on the latch for 10 or 15 minutes?\r
Then, later on that evening, a brake light sensor came on and beeps whenever the car is in motion. They can't figure out what is wrong and now I have to figure out who can fix it, and pay for a diagnostic to get it to stop beeping. Sorry guys, not helpful and I'm not a happy camper. \r

Would have been better just to admit your mistake and offer to pay to have the issues resolved.
Pros: location
Cons: refuse to admit mistakes
