I found their site online. I was so happy with what I saw. HUGE mistake. They accepted an order outside of their delivery area, didn't call me about it, delivered a day late without any sort of apology to me or the recepient.They are seriously accusing me of making their mistakes. They contacted the recepients office, had the entire order information wrong and were ugly to the recepients assistant. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE serivce. They have threatend to go pick up the flowers, they have yelled at me on the phone and are also saying they are going to call the recepient and tell them all sorts of things. They will mess up your order and they will not take responsibility for it. USE THIS FLORIST AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!! \r
In my opinion, you'd be better off pick wild flowers on the side of the road than using this company.\r
THE FLOWERS WERE DEAD IN 24 HOURS.
Pros: Reasonable prices, nice, easy to use site.
Cons: WORST STAFF EVER
