Working with this place has been one nightmare after another. After ordering her dress, my sister went in for her first fitting to find that specific details to the back of her dress were not there. No big deal we were told, they could use the sample dress on the floor as a model to re-create it simply and easily as well as the necessary adjustments for her fitting. Second fitting - details still not taken care of and now told the sample dress was discontinued and they had ripped it to shreds - no longer available to use as a model to re-create the details. luckily, my sister had brought a picture with her so that our mother and I were able to try and re-create it ourselves. They made a final appointment for her to go down and pick up the dress just 3 days before the wedding finalized and pressed. My sister gets a call that morning to tell her not to bother coming down to pick up her dress as they ARE CLOSED!! WHAT? Why didn't they say they were going to be closed so she could come a day earlier to pick up the dress? Why did they make the appointment for this date if they were going to be closed. My sister is supposed to be leaving for her wedding 4 hours away to start getting ready and now she can't because she has to wait around to pick up the dress tomorrow. I can only hope its ready. But so far, not very pleased at all with customer service. This is the last thing a bride needs to be worrying about right before her wedding. Pros: moderate selection of dresses to choose from Cons: Terrible customer service
