Nico, the owner, threatened physical violence and called the men and women in our group ""bitches"" uniformly-- and that's when he was picking us up 30 minutes late. In the process of trying to calm him down and discuss the matter (the fact that he was charging us 6 hours but giving us only 2), he took off his glasses and got in our face and wanted to fist-fight. If you choose this company, you may decide to get brushed up on your self-defense skills first, because Nico might want to beat you up as part of the package.
