Review content:
I needed a headlight replaced. While I waited, the front desk person was extremely rude and miserable to everyone she spoke to on the phone as well as well as those who came into the building.\r
My light cost $20 dollars for the part which is fine and I was charged $20 labor. They were unable to reset my car to erase the message on my dash that reads ""light malfunction"". My receipt said that it was reset so I asked the woman at the desk and she explained that they do not have the equipment needed to reset my car. I questioned the charge and she got angry and said ""Dont bother coming back!"" I couldn't believe it and drove away. I have to go to my dealership and have my car reset and I am willing to pay more at the dealership than ever go back and see that miserable woman again.
