Obviously what you didnt understand is that my child told me, after we left the appointment, that she was crying and scared in the chair they strapped her in, and I don't think that's right for a child to be in that position. I took her to Jeffrey Hoffman to follow up and they found a cavity that Bear Creek overlooked and fixed it, knowing that my daughter was a Medicaid patient and they might not get covered on the claim, but still took care of her anyways. If you are under Medicaid and want a good dentist to take your child to, Jeffrey Hoffman in Keller is absolutely the best, hands down! The office at Bear Creek was not how it showed on the card I was given at the Medicaid office, and work area where they perform the dental procedure is messy and disorganized. I would never take my daughter there again!
