Review content:
My husband drove off with my keys this morning and called Data Pack Couriers to deliver them back to our house so I could run some urgent errands that were on my schedule.\r \r They picked the keys up at his office at 9:15 am, and the dispatcher told him that they would be delivered to our house within two hours. \r \r Then I asked him to call for a more detailed estimate at around 10:15, because I had a very time-sensitive errand to run and needed to know whether it was safe to count on the delivery or if I should make other arrangements. The dispatcher told him he had 2 more stops on the way to our house, and he would be here within 40 minutes.\r \r The delivery arrived at around 12:20--more than THREE hours after it was picked up. We didn't even get a courtesy call at the two hour window saying that the driver was delayed. They just chose to leave us in the dark until the driver got here.
