RUN the other way-FAST!!!\r

Rivas came out to give me a quote for the repair of a leaking roof. Adam said that it would take 4 workers a full day to fix 1 leaky area on the roof. When the day came to fix the roof, 2 workers showed up, one worker stayed in the air conditioned truck while the other worker spent less than 30 minutes up on the roof. When I went outside to ask them about the leak, they had no idea that they were there to fix a leak (even though they supposedly had pictures and a workorder to refer to). Needless to say, the roof leaked the next time it rained. Rivas was quick to come out again to ""repair"" the roof. I suspect the speedy services was attributable to them not being paid yet. They went up on the roof again and later, Adam went up to ""inspect"" the work. We recently noticed that the leak is seeping through to another area right beside the original leak. We called Rivas THREE times before they responded to our telephone calls. They were supposed to come out on 11/7/12 to look at the leak, but canceled because, ""Adam lives in Clearlake and didn't feel like driving all the way out to Missouri City for one appointment"". Adam finally showed up on 11/15/12 and said that someone could fix the loose shingles in a couple of weeks. A COUPLE OF WEEKS???!! My complaint is that if these people are licensed roofers, why then can they not identify and treat the problem? Why are they not willing to quickly correct the error and redeem their apparent lack of expertise in the roof repair business. If they can't fix such a simple problem, like loose shingles (if that is truly the problem), then why didn't they identify the loose shingles the first 3 times they were up on the roof?I just want my money back so that I can find HONEST, COMPETENT, ROOFING professionals to fix my roof. It's really just that simple, it's not brain surgery.\r
