Review content:
I drove a long way, since I live way out in the country. (around 45 minute drive). I had called to get directions. The guy I spoke to said he had the belt I needed for my vacuum cleaner. I asked for directions and he seemed very irritated that he was asked to do so. He was very short with me. When I finally got there, he gave me the belt and they don't have a debit card terminal and only take cash or check. I had to write a check for a 7 dollar belt because I don't carry cash usually, like most people. Then, he started telling me how horrible the vacuum cleaner I have is (a 500 dollar vacuum) and tried to sell me one of his. I waited for all his sales stuff about the Simplicity vacuum cleaners and said I'd think about it. Got home and the belt was not the same at all. I called and he assured me that it was a proper fit, even though it was a different thickness and had grooves while mine did not have the same type of grooves (my husband could tell you better than me, he put it on and noticed). Vacuum smelled like it was burning when he turned it on with this belt. He took it off and ordered a belt from the manufacturer of our vacuum cleaner, which is what we should have done from the start!
