I was dissapointed with the service that myself and my dinner party received at this restaurant recently. The staff members were quite rude and not appreciative of the fact that customers have a choice when going to a restaurant for dinner. The ""manager"" and hostess was very snobby. This was my first time at this restaurant and had a dinner party of about 8 people. I politely asked if there were private rooms available in which to dine and was flatly and rudely told no. I knew that this was untrue being that a friend who lives in Brentwood has enjoyed the private room. I didn't try to name drop to get better service being that my husband is a prominant player with the Indianapolis Colts. I enjoy being treated with respect and kindness without having to do that. After basically being told to take it or leave it and rushed to make a decision of whether or not to stay i decided to leave. My husband was just entering the restaurant and all of a sudden the scene changed. Once the staff recognized my husband they all of a sudden had a private room available. Imagine that! The damage was done and we went to Omikoshi. The staff was wonderful and so so kind. The chef was very entertaining and everyone was so polite. I would definately go back to Omikoshi when I'm in town again!!! Pros: rude staff members, dishonest toward customers
