I went to Plaza Jewelry to have a watch sized. I went in on Saturday, and they were quite busy. I asked the young lady at the counter if they could take a few links out of the watch. The older gentleman who could do it was busy with some customers, but asked the young lady to help the ladies he was with to take care of me. He had my watch done in a matter of minutes. I had to return again on Monday to have a link added, which was my fault. He did it with no charge. I then shopped, found myself and my soon to be Wedding Bands. The people in this shop are WONDERFUL. I highly reccomend this store to everyone.
