Since this is the only place my organization orders from, it is really my only option for picking out scrubs and labcoats. Although they have a pretty good selection, and can order anything that they don't have, I would not shop here if I had the option of a place with better prices and quicker turnaround on orders and embroidery. They never give wait-time estimates or update you if there are problems with the order- they just say ""we'll call you when it's ready."" I find myself calling on a weekly basis to see if my garments are ready to be picked up or if they need more information from me.
I think you could get better service from an online retailer.

Cons: Prices, hours, wait time for orders and embroidery
