Review content:
I ordered what appeared on their website to be a beautiful, easel mounted arrangement of white & blue flowers for a colleague’s brother's funeral priced at $165 plus delivery. What was delivered was a fairly unattractive pink and lavender floral arrangement in a vase. Unthinkable! Based on price and service quoted our corporate sympathies were designed to bring the family comfort and make a statement as to the regard we have for the brother and family of the deceased. Unfortunately a ""Do Over"" will not work in this case. If it's really an important occasion I'm not sure I would rely on San Mateo Florist to impart the desired sentiment or message. We are humiliated by what was sent on our behalf.
