I came to this practice after leaving a larger OB/GYN group that I did not care for anymore. At Coastal Women's Care, I am not sure how the Obstetric services are, but I have seen April for some of my GYN needs and she is very nice. My mother has seen Dr. Case and she really likes her too. The wait times here are very reasonable, and a few times they have even seen me early if they could. If I need to be seen the same day, I am able too. Unfortunately I will no longer be able to go to Coastal Women's Care because I got a new job in a different location, and it makes going to North Charleston difficult, but I wish I could continue to go to Coastal Women's Care for all of my GYN needs. I am sure they are wonderful with pregnant patients too because a former co-worker had both of her kids delivered by Dr. Case and is currently expecting her third, and she still goes to Coastal Women's Care. Pros: Short wait times, nice office staff, small practice with only one doctor and one PA Cons: Hard to find parking.
