We liked our remodeled master bathroom?until the new shower enclosure started to leak! Puddles on the floor after every use. The adjacent walls are soaked and spongy. A master plumber who looked at the enclosure said it must have been installed wrong. Even the shower manufacturer says the only way it could leak is faulty installation.\r

After leaving repeated messages at Classic Bath over several weeks with no response, Don finally came out and did a quick caulk job with a promise to return if the shower still leaked. It does, and he?s not returning any messages again.\r

It seems that after Classic Bath has your money and is through with the job, they?re finished with you too! If they install or remodel for you, pray nothing goes wrong, because they won?t fix it.\r
Cons: Won't fix faulty installation. Do not stand behind their work.
