I had a frustrating experience today. I was charged $65 for a haircut for my 9 year old daughter. When I made the appointment I had explained that she has straight hair and just needed a trim. Yet they still put me with one of the more expensive stylists, without telling me until I was ready to pay the bill. When I questioned the cost I was told that ""that's what they charge, and some people spend $75 for their children's hair."" They said it in a very condescending way. I definitely will not be going back there!
