I bought 4 pairs of shoes for my niece in this store all costing about $70. Later I called because she was not walking correctly in the one pair of shoes. The man working in the store did not measure her width properly and rushed us out of the store to get to other customers. \r

I went to return the shoes 2 days later and they would not credit my card. I was given a store credit. The owner was there and she was extremely rude and bothered by the fact I wanted different shoes. If they are a childs shoe store they should know better that a 13 month old baby needs good shoes that fit properly when they are new walkers. I was never so upset be treatment from a store before. Their receipt states ""7 day return policy"" but it does not tell you about store credits only.\r

Do your child justice and take them to Buster Brown or Stride Rite. They stand behind their products.
Cons: Tiny Store, Not Clean, Poor Customer Service.
