I agree with these reviews...AWFUL customer service from the man who manages/owns (?) the place. The biggest reason not to go (in addition to the irrational behavior from the guy) is the horrible return policy which says no returns whatsoever after 7 days. We are paying about $50 (in some cases more) for a pair of children shoes, and you cannot return them within 7 days. I feel like the place takes advantage of the shopper because there aren't too many options in the immediate area to buy kids shoes. Oh, and the store is TINY...touch to maneuver if there are multiple shoppers and you have a stroller. Terrible experience. I will gladly drive the extra 15 minutes to another store.
