Review content:
A week ago i bought sneakers and 'snow boots' for my 5 year old daughter. The boots did not look to me like they would be totally waterproof but the man in the shop insisted that they were. Several times during the fitting i asked again and received the same reassurance. Even just before i paid, I asked if she were to talk through a puddle would they be ok, and again the answer was yes. Today the snow turned slushy and my daughter came home with soaking wet feet! Straight back to the shop we went, to be told i should let them 'dry out'!! The man is insane!!! Then he changed his story to stay they are water resistant. He would not give me a refund nor an apology. I told him i would never shop there again.
