Review content:
Although I have never actually gone out to this stable - the rude customer service I recieved on the phone compelled me to ""look no further"". New to the area...I had a simple question about the services provided by this stable that was met with short - rude answers and quite a nasty tone...as if I had interrupted someone's very important day with such ""nonsense"". I had simply inquired about western riding lessons and felt based on her tone that the question was a waste of her time. She made up my mind right there and then that this was not an establishment I would want bring my child to. I hate to have my daughter met with that kind of tone and rudenss. It's too bad - had she been more informative or welcoming I would have come on out and most likely spent OODLES of money at this establishment -for my daughters interests are not limited to western. Lesson learned to this stable - customer service is of the utmost importance for your business - with one nasty phone call you have lost lots of money for your stable and left a very bad impression. You know what they say....one bad impression will leave to hundreds of bad reivews shared. Think about it...you are not the only game in town.
