FIVE YEARS AGO, I WAS AT WARREN STATE HOSPITIAL, BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT I WAS UNDER STONG INFLUANCE OF MEDICATION. I WAS VERRY SICK MENTALY. I WAS DILUTIONAL, I THOUGHT THAT PEOPLE WHERE OUT TO GET ME. I SAW THINGS THAT WERNT THERE. I HEARD VOICES AND BELIVED THINGS THAT WERNT REAL. LIKE I WAS IN THE 4TH DEMENTION PARADOX, I HAD MAGICAL POWERS, AND THAT I COULD DO ANY THING. BECAUSE OF THIS I ENDED UP COMITING A FELONY. I WENT DOWN TO THE CAFFETERIA, ATE SUPPER, AND AFTERWARDS. I SNUCK INTO A CLOSET AND GRABED A LEAD PIPE AND MADE THREATES TO KILL SOME PEOPLE BUT I DIDNT DO IT WITH A SANE MIND. I DIDNT DO ANY THING. SO THEY PUT ME IN PRISON FOR 5 YEARS. FOR TERRORISTIC THREATS, WHEN IT WAS NOT MY FULT. INSTEAD OF WORKING THINGS OUT AND DOING SOMTHING THAT A STATE HOSPITLE IS SUPPOSE TO DO THEY CALLED THE POLICE. NOW I HAVE A QUESTION, WHY WAS A LEAD PIPE LEFT IN REACH OF MENTLE PATIENTS,? WHAT WOULD THEY DO IF SOMEONE ELSE GOT A HOLD OF IT AND ACCUALLY DID DAMAGE WITH IT? YOU TELL ME. I HAVE THREE WITTNESSES THAT CAN PROVE THAT I WAS INSANE BEFORE I COMITED MY CRIME AT WARREN STATE HOSPITAL, THEY ARE ALL EMPLOYERS, THEY ARE, RICK REDFIELD, TERRA SHEFLER, AND TOM KISHINGER. NOW THAT I MAXED OUT OF PRISON I'M PAYING WARREN COUNTY FOR FINES AND COURT COST. THEY ARE THREATENING TO TAKE ME TO COURT AND PUT ME IN JAIL IF I DONT PAY THEM, EVEN THOUGH I MAXED OUT. MY SSI ISNT ENOUGH BECAUSE I HAVE TO PAY A HIGH WATER BILL,AND ELICTRIC BILL. AND ECT. AND I CANT GET A JOB BECAUSE OF MY FELONY THAT I HAVE ON MY RECORD. I FILLED OUT APPLICATIONS BUT THEY WONT HIRE ME. LET ME ASK YOU THIS, IS IT FAIR FOR SOMEONE TO GET OUT OF PRISON JUST TO KNOW THAT HES GOING BACK, BECAUSE HE CANT GET A JOB TO PAY THE FINES AND COURT COST, BECAUSE THE APPLICATION STATES, HAVE YOU EVER BEEN CONVICTED OF A FELONY? I THINK THAT THAT STATEMENT IS DISCRIMANATION. AND SHUULD BE BANED FROM ALL APPLICATIONS IN THE US. HOW CAN I PAY FOR SOMETHING WHEN I CANT GET A JOB TO PAY FOR THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE BECAUSE OF THIS STATEMENT. YOU SEE THEY CONTRIDICTED THEM SELVES. IM DAMNED IF I DO AND DAMNED IF I DONT. I MIGHT AS WELL GO TO PRISION FOR LIFE FOR A CRIME NOT DESERVING LIFE, BECAUSE I JUST GET SENT BACK OVER AND OVER AGAIN ANY WAY, BECAUSE OF I CANT PAY THE COURT COST AND FINES, ALONG WITH HIGH BILLS AT HOME.
