Businiess name:  China Renaissance

Review content:
As a Chinese American who often longs for her mum's home cooking, I frequent this place, and it's no surprise that I do. China Renaissance is a family owned establishment that has been dishing out authentic tastes of China for nearly two decades. Now, I say ""authentic"" in that they use very traditional ways of cooking brown and white sauce and tend to use less sauce in their dishes so that you can taste the subtlety of flavors. Also, they only use hand cut high quality meats. I got to have a chat with one of the hostesses, and she told me that the chefs usually get in around 5:00am to prep all the meats and vegetables for the day. These people honestly care about what they're feeding their customers because they take pride in their food. A lot of their customers who live in New York and California will always stop in to have a bite when they're in town, and they always say that this is the best Chinese restaurant they've ever been to. So next time you're craving Chinese, take the time to check this place out. You'll be glad you did.
