I took myself and my children to City Model & Talent after they called me telling me that they wanted me to bring my daughter in. I was pleased. I met with Jack and he promised all sorts of great things. He charged me $500 for each of us to take photographs. Two weeks later I reviewed the photographs and were not pleased. I could not understand why he would want us to take photographs unprepared. It was not professional at all. I complained and presented my displeasure to him and his staff. He then told me he would take the photographs again and I would have to pay to be on their website for bookings. This is something that he did not tell me when we meet before. He promised my son an interview with a photographer because this is something that he wants to do. Needless to say I will be heading to Court to get my money back. This is a horrible way to run a business and anytime your customers are not happy or pleased with any work, they should be entitled to a full refund. I wish to have no more dealings with them at all.
