I lived here for 2 years, and loved it for the most part. Super nice ppl, you can't beat the location. Tons of eateries and shopping, a smaller grocery right down the street. \r

They barely raised the rent, and let me extend my lease without any hassle. I never had any maintenance issues that went unfixed... and it was only one small pluming issue.\r

The walls are so well insulated that...I think they said something about cement between apartments...I never herd a peep out of my neighbors and I could play music pretty loud and nobody could hear. (I asked to make sure!)\r

As far as the staff go they have always been nice to me. I pay my rent online but do get a lot of packages and they are always nice when I get them. \r

Overall, it s a good choice; I've lived in/seen a lot of apartments in this city.
