Review content:
Yes, Tony Vigil, the owner of Summit Service Repair and Towing, and his crew are crooks and liars and not very good mechanics. It seems like he hires degenerates in order to cut costs. They definitely deserve a 0-star rating. They steal personal items from your car, they do not have adequate security to store vehicles safely, and they will defraud you. Be careful. Mr. Vigil gives the false appearance of some sort of small-town honest, business man, but he is nothing more than a thief. These guys are everything that's wrong with our country right now: they believe in shoddy workmanship, poor to no customer service, and overcharging the customer with a remarkable sense of entitlement. Listen, bad mechanics are a dime a dozen, but there are good mechanics in Summit County -- and these guys are not it. There is no reason to waste your money on people who don't want to serve you well, who don't have the ethics or pride to do good work, who don't have the skills to address your needs, but who have the gall to take your money anyway. In this economy, there are highly qualified people who will work honestly and treat you well for a fair price. If you're looking to support a good business, you should go elsewhere.
