I bought a condo in Chicago and I needed to change a few
things like - everything ! . I needed new bathroom tile.fixtures , painting . also the old floor had to go .
and later on the kitchen and counter tops
and Greg took care of it all
now the place looks great
my floors get a lot of abuse ( I have two kids , and a dog )
and the floors Greg recommended do hold up just fine
also he charges less then other contractors I used in the past
Pros: honest , reliable, affordable
