Review content:
I lived here for a year. The neighborhood is great. Very quiet, and I always felt safe even though I lived alone and on the ground floor. However, I had to clean the whole place when I moved in. The walls were dirty (the managers tried to tell me they had just been painted), the ceiling fans were filthy, the windows had some kind of black mold growing on them, and so on. The mgrs had me fill out a form when I moved in stating what things needed fixing or replacing. None of these things ever got done. My screen door didn't fit the door to my porch, my water heater was broken the whole time, and I had to fix the dishwasher myself. Also, when I moved out, even though I had stayed through the end of my lease and told the mgrs I would not be resigning, they kept my entire security deposit because I ""didn't give thirty days written notice."" That's ridiculous. My lease did not state that I had to do that, and the mgrs never told me to do it, either. In any case, there are other nice neighborhoods in town. Go to one of them. Pros: Neighborhood was great Cons: Everything else
