ok here we go...had put one of those heaters in layaway and decided againist purchasing it. called customer service and was reassured that even though they did not give refunds they did offer in store credit...thought to myself sure...drove 45minutes to johnson city gather some things i could use as christmas presents and went to check out.....was told they did not do that and so i explained i had talk to ""jan"" with customer service and she had told me about the in store credit...goes down hill from there...they informed me that customer service wasnt even open today and that was impossible...i called customer service back and again spoke with ""jan"" and explained to her that they were telling me that it was not something they did...so i gave the very rude and unfreindly saleslady my phone she spoke with ""jan"" and gave the phone back to me and said its over no such can happen.....what a joke are you serious...how does this place operate like this and stay in business.....johnson city hhi...i will never grace that place with my presence and hell will freeze over before one penny is screwed out of me again....shoppers take extra precaution with your hard earned money...dont get it taken away from you and lied to as i was!!!!!
