I lived in these apartments, and it was not a good experience. They were certainly not cheap, so you would think the service would be above standard, but I continually had to tell them about problems with the garbage disposal, refridgerator, etc. I once submitted my service request online, hoping that would speed the process. When nothing happened for two weeks, and I went to the office to check on the progress, I was told, and I quote, ""Oh, we don't really check those that often."" Why is this feature available if you don't check it?\r
Often the one (yes, only one, even though the units are expansive) garbage receptical was broken (it was a trash compactor), so people would have to set their trash on the street outside surrounding the dumpster. This looked horible, and certainly was a health hazard.\r

You also pay extra I'm assuming to live in a gated community, but I cannot recall one week where the gates were in working order for the entire week.\r

The property is very poorly managed, and worst of all, when I tried to move out, they wanted so stiff me with an extra month's rental (over $1,100), because I moved out on the 3rd of a month. When I informed them I should not have to pay this, they threatened to turn me over to a collection agency. While I was in the right, this was a lot of calls and hassle. I suspect they are unable to fill these units, and are trying to make a little extra money, as the two units below me had been vacant before I left for months.\r

Save yourself the trouble and don't live here.
Pros: good location
Cons: service staff unresponsive, not well kept up, trash receptical was always overflowing
