I have used Norton's Car Stereo in West Ashley and had success, but their North Charleston store is another story. I wanted to get window tint and called early in the week only to be told that they don't set appointments and to call at the end of the week. Well, Thursday rolls around so I call and was told to bring my truck in on Saturday morning first thing when they open. The manager told me that they have yet to hear from their window tinting installer so he took my name and number. I never heard back from him. Just a really bad way to do business. I think it is a ""blessing in disguise"" because I had plans on putting in a system by them along with some other work. I am going to shop around elsewhere. If he would have at least have called me and told me that they could not do it, I would have been fine with it, but just to ignore me after having contacted them 3x. I am sorry, but strike three and you are out! I am definitely going elsewhere for my stereo needs!
Pros: Location and good work done in West Ashley location
Cons: They don't care about the customer unless you are spending an arm and a leg
