... somebody took our car for a joy ride while it was there for repairs. We have taken all of our cars to Apex Autoworks for several years, and really enjoyed the service. We felt like we finally found a place we could trust for good work and honesty and fair prices. So we were incredibly disappointed when we went to pick up our car after it had been at the shop for several days and found that it had been driven many many miles -- far more than you would ever need to check on a repair. This was a nicer car than our other ones, and the first time we had taken it there, so maybe it was more fun for them -- we had never had this problem previously. I guess I would say they do good work at Apex Autoworks, but if you decide to go there, check your mileage and make them write it down too.
Pros: knowledgeable staff, generally good service
Cons: slow, and dishonest (see review)
