Review content:
Red Barn hires employees who have not only experience but enjoy their field. We've been having trouble at our nonprofit for ages, depending on random strangers to try and fix our network issues. For such a simple issue, they were able to quickly come in, diagnose the issue, and resolve it quickly without wasting our time. I can't speak for their hardware but they know software issues and seem to be pretty willing to take care of you if you have complaints with their service.\r \r On another note, regardless of how their service was, being not native here I was floored to meet for the first time in ages someone who knew how to smile and behaved like he wanted to do the work! It's good to know a company whose employees are obviously well cared for, and walk the balance between being open to hearing what you think is the problem and not being afraid to speak from their education. I'm sure anyone who has a problem with them probably tried to tell them how to do their job, which is ironic since if they know so much why are they getting outside help? I would be wary of anything a southern tier reviewer says negatively, because they could taste salt in honey and usually can be found on review boards finding mean things to say about others.\r \r May Red Barn continue to serve as an example of small non-mega corporate business providing reliable local service in a changing economy that doesn't favor them. Pros: WIllingness to return to site multiple times, continuous customer support from diagnosis to ordering parts. Cons: Busy business; hard to book them quickly sometimes because they have so many customers
