Review content:
I purchased transition lenses that started cracking on the sides after a few months. Each time (a total of 4) they replaced them for free, but there was always a different reason given to explain the defect. The first claim was that it must have been how I stored my glasses at home, the second was that the technician must have tightened the screws too tight, and finally I was told I should only be using water to clean them b/c the lenses were reacting to the cleaning solution, thus again my fault. I finally purchased new transition lenses elsewhere and have been using cleaning solution this entire time with no issues and lenses that have not cracked so far in over a year of usage.
Another problem I had with them is that they updated my prescription but had the old prescription written down on my form so that each and every time I had to get my lenses replaced they first reverted back to the old prescription. It was very disorganized and time consuming, and I would try another place if you are living in Broome County.
