Review content:
I'm usually not one to write reviews about anybody's business, but what I witnessed has to be told about Mike Krywin at Dave Smith Ford. \r
\r
First off, I am in customer service, so I know how difficult some people can be. \r
\r
I was in the waiting room at Dave Smith Ford, and there was an extremely irate customer there going up and down everyone who would listen. Her car was there because it would not start that Saturday morning. She was very demanding, and just about called all of the guys a bunch of morons! She couldn't have been more wrong!!!!! \r
\r
To make a long story short, the problem was not with the car, but that mice had eaten through the wires under her hood. \r
\r
The reason for this post is because I have to say that Mike handled himself with such grace and poise, that he could give a lesson on how to be a true professional. \r
\r
Even with someone yelling in his face, Mike did not get upset. He simply heard this woman out, told her that they would get it resolved, and ultimately she left happy. \r
\r
I hope she apologized for being so TOTALLY off base.
