I have shopped at just about every one of their stores except the ones out of town. My favorite store was the one in Whitehall cause of a very pleasurable buying experience I had. I purchased 2 waterbeds for my daughters and found my sales person Chris to be a breath of fresh air compared to most of the sales people in the city. I recently moved to the Polaris area and noticed that a Waterbeds and Stuff just opened up on Polaris Parkway so I stopped in to check it out and what do you know! My sales guy from the whitehall store was there. I am going in this Saturday to buy a Futon for my Living Room. I know they don't do cash or credit refunds but they are pretty up front about it.
