Businiess name:  Grimaldi's Luna Park

Review content:
My first time at Grimaldi's. I met Rita who graciously accepted my request for a ""dry"" Rigatoni Bolognese dish which was prepared flawlessly. I have been looking for ten years for a decent local Italian restaurant that doesn't overpower their Italian dishes with excessive ingredients such as garlic and parsley. While I haven't experienced other dishes yet, Grimaldi's will become a regular on my restaurant list. I have been to Italy several times and can compare their Bolognese dish to those in Italy, which is very rare indeed. I will go back and try the Osso Buco, Veal Milanese and have asked Rita to search out a ""Parpadelle con Porcini"" which she says she will have her chef follow up on as soon as he can. Pros: Parking accessability
