We just got married at Pinehollow (September 2009). We couldnt be happier. Everyone keeps saying how amazing the food was - the best they ever had at a wedding. Our cocktail hour we have been told was the most amazing one they've ever had- lobsters, blue stone crab, sushi, kobe burgers you name it. my husband and i are bummed we missed it... seriously not a day goes by that our friends/family dont mention something about the food. Emma and Mark are amazing... Everything went so smoothly, not for a second was i stressed out about anything- the staff at Pinehollow is the best. It wound up pouring rain 30 minutes before the wedding ceremony which was set to be outside.. within minutes the staff moved all inside and set up- breaking down and setting up the hoopa in minutes.. i can't tell you how thankful i am for this. if you are considering pinehollow for a party you should do it.. its worth it! you will not be disappointed.
